Abstract
Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of Kansuiphorin D in Kansui Radix and to compare the differences of the contents of euphol and tirucallol in Kansui Radix and its processed product (processed with vinegar) by HPLC.Methods:The sample was extracted by methanol.HPLC analysis was performed on an lunar C18 column, column temperature was 40℃.The mobile phase was the system of acetonitrile-water(70∶30).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and UV detection was set at 235 nm.Results:Determined the contents of Kansuiphorin D of 44 samples by HPLC.Conclusion:The methad was simple, rapid and accurate with good productivity, which can be used to determine of Kansuiphorin D in Kansui Radix and its processed product.
