The Study on the Education Vouchers to Education Fair

In recent years,education voucher system was shipped to try in Changxing Zhejiang and other places of China,as the new practice of education reform,the mesure of broken the monopoly of education and the introduction of fair market competition and enhancing education fair.Aacademic and authorities pay more attention to this action.The paper analyses the education voucher system to the implementation of the reality of education starting point fair,equitable system and moral equity.At the same time,the paper stresses to strengthen the theoretical study of the education vouchers to China's national conditions,so as to improve our education vouchers practice.
