The Significance of Implementing Education Voucher in China in Current Education Investment

The system of education voucher is a mechanism that the government grants public education fund directly to parent(student) for school tuition and all relevant education expenses instead of granting the fund to schools.E-ducation investment is usually composed of three parts by the government,individual citizens and non-government bodies.The present situation of education investment in China is that the government part is in great shortage,the non-government part is far from enough,individual needs for education can not be satisfied and quality educational resources are lacking.The experience of Changxing shows that the implementation of education voucher system will be of great influence and significance for solving these problems.
