Abstract
In order to improve the biomass of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, the experiment adopts the method combined single-factor test with orthogonal test, optimizing the medium components of S. cerevisiae. The results showed that the optimized medium included 4 g sucrose,3 g peptone,0.1 g potassium dihydrogen phosphate,0.1 g sodium chloride per100 m L.Using this fermentation medium to ferment, the biomass of S. cerevisiae is 17.5 grams per litre up by 36.9%,compared with the optimization of medium 12.78 gram per litre before, and the value of OD560 is 1.611,increased by36.2% than the optimized amount of culture medium.
