Abstract
Objective:To study the relations of the levels of serum interleukin-18(IL-18), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-10(IL-10) with acute coronary syndrom(ACS) and their clinical significance. Method:Sixty patients with ACS, including 31 patients with SAP and 55 health persons, were studied. The concentration of serum IL-18,TNFα and IL-10 was measured with ELISA. Result:The levels of serum IL-18 and TNFα in patients with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those in health persons(P0.01), Whereas the levels of IL-10 were lower(P0.01). Compared with SAP group,ACS group had higher levels of serum IL-18 and TNF-α (P0.01) and lower levels of serum IL-10 (P0.01).Conclusion :The concentration of serum IL-18,TNF-α and IL-10 reflecst the severity and unstable status, thus can be used clinically as a monitor.
