Abstract

Objective:To study the prevalence of Hyperuricemia(HUA) in Ganzhou city health physical examination and main risk factors.Method: To collect complete data of 1 626 cases of urban residents physical examination,B ultrasound,biochemical test results in the medical center of The Third People's Hospital of Ganzhou during July,2011 to June,2012.Results: 170 cases were with HUA,the prevalence rate was 10.5%(16.7% for males,7.0% for females).UREA,CRA,TG,HDL-C,BMI abnormalities and gender are + risk factors for HUA.Conclusion: Compared with other regions,the prevalence of HUA local area in the Ganzhou city was at moderate level,but it showed obviously younger trend.Meanwhile Gender,obesity,impaired renal function,blood lipids disorders were closely associated with HUA.
