Financing of Compulsory Education Policy Perspective Analysis of Variation

In this paper,right from 1996 to 2006 the national budget for compulsory education in total education spending per student expenditures and student expenditures change in the common dynamic analysis,from the compulsory education policy changes into the perspective of changes in summary analysis of its characteristics and reasons for changes.Funds for compulsory education should have a rigid,independence,stability characteristics,establishment of an independent public finance system of compulsory education is necessary and timely.
