On Equity-orientation with the Issue of Compulsory Education Balance

The equity implications of compulsory education balance are the basis for the equalization of compulsory education.The equity in the equalization of compulsory education can be analyzed from the developmental history of Chinese compulsory education,educational ethics,and the new compulsory education law.Reforms and renovations to the educational financing system,configuration of hardware resources,allocation of teacher resources,and education appraisal become natural choices in pursuing the balance and equity in compulsory education.
