Abstract

Education and training integration model of preschool teachers in rural areas is significant to the construction of preschool teaching personnel,the improvement of rural pre-school education,and even to the overall development of China 's pre-school education. However,many problems obstruct preschool teacherseducation-trainingintegrated construction. We need to focus on the integration of concept,curriculum and system in pre-school teachers education-trainingintegrated construction.
