Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods From January 2010 to January 2013,selected ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy treatment of ureteral calculi established in 32 cases in the observation group, the other underwent extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment of ureteral calculi in 32 patients established as a control group. The disposable rubble after success rate, operative time, hospital stay and complications were compared. Results The one-time the gravel success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P0.05). The number of cases and complications of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy treatment of ureteral calculi gravel has a significantly efficacy, no serious complications, and it is simple, worthy of promotion and application.
