Abstract

Objective:To analysis the clinical efficacy of transurethral ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods:38 cases with ureteroscopy and pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Results:35 cases were treated successfully with the achievement rate 92.1%.2 cases adopted open stone surgery because of ureteral stenosis or the severe congestion by polyps.1 case diverted to treatment with ESWL.Conclusion:The transurethral ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy is a safe,high success rate and effective treatment and Can be the option for the treatment of ureteral calculi.
