Abstract
The traditional employment guidance in colleges and universities of China cannot keep up with the requirement of higher education and the development of the society.In this paper,the advice is given that the work of employment guidance for undergraduates should be a whole course.Through analyzing the problems and malpractices of the traditional employment guidance,a new course system and content of employment guidance in colleges and universities are established.
