Abstract

It is one of the key tasks of the universities to give employment guidance to the college students.The employment situation is very serious nowadays.To explore the effectiveness of employment guidance course is good for college students in the employment guidance.It is also useful to help improve undergraduates employments successfully and rationally.Besides it has great importance to promote the progress on the work of launching employment.
