Abstract
Objective To investigate the role of integrated care intervention in puerperium depressive patients.Methods A randomized 100 patients with depression is divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group,the observation group in the control group on the basis of an integrated care intervention,take the usual care control group,two groups were compared SAS,SDS score.Results The patients in nursing after SDS,SAS score of the control group than the observation group(P0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The integrated care intervention to reduce the degree of depression in patients with depression,and improve quality of life.
