Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing intervention methods of diabetes with depression and anxiety. Methods Sixty cases of patients were given the implementation of psychological nursing, sensory nursing, role adaptation, family support, humanistic care, and compared with conventional care group with SAS and SDS score. Results SAS and SDS scores in observation group after treatment were significantly lower than before (P 0.05), SAS and SDS scores in control group had no significant difference before and after treatment (P 0.05), SAS and SDS scores in control group were significantly higher than observation group after treatment(P 0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention for diabetes patients with anxiety and depression can alleviate their psychological pressure and improve the self understanding, so it has a great value in clinical application.
