Abstract

Objective To evaluate the comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety and depression of postpartum depression patients. Methods 80 patients with puerperal depression from January 2010 to January 2012 were divided into observation group and control group. The control group received conventional professional nursing at puerperium period, and the observation group received integrated nursing intervention measures on the basis of conventional professional nursing at puerperium period. Results Compliance in the observation group was better than that in the control group, with ignificant difference (P 0.05). After treatment, SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly improved with statistically significant difference (P 0.01); SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were improved better than those in the control group, with significant difference (P 0.01). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety and depression of postpartum depression patients has reliable curative effect with high compliance.
