Abstract
Objective To discuss X-ray and CT vaule of chest trauma in multiple injury.Method 46 cases of chest trauma in multiple injury were diagnosed by clinical, chest radiography and CT chest films ,and chest radiography films were compared with CT.Results CT scans showed that there was contusion of lung in 39 cases laceration 6, and others coalition injury. The missed diagnosis of chest radiography exist in 18 cases and 4 cases, respectively. Conclusions Position, character and degree of traumatic lesions were definitely diagnosed by CT.CT scans has high sensitivity and specificity.CT can provide more information and evidence to clinical diagnosis and treatment than X-ray.So it is the most important methods in the diagnosis of chest trauma in mutiple injury.
