Abstract

Objective To discuss imaging appearance and diagnostic value of the chest picture and CT findings in the chest injury. Methods 88 cases of chest injury were compared, diagnosed and analyzed by imaging appearance of chest radio-graphy and CT chest films. Results It scans showed that contusion of the 1ung was in 40. 9% ,laceration in 30. 7% ,rib fracture, pneumothorax hydmpneumothorax and pleural effusion was 73. 9% ,21. 6% ,18. 2% ,respectively. They are main findings of chest injury. Diaphragmatic hernia, laceration of bronchus, hematoma of lung and lung cyst are seldom findings of chest injury. In that,3 cases were lost in diagnosis. Conclusion Chest radiography and CT chest films are the main methods in the diagnosis of traumatic chest in nowdays. Viewing imaging clearly. Re-examination rencently and reconstructing of CT are the better methods of decreasing misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
