Abstract
In today's society,nature attribute of talent theory,characteristics of talent theory,grade of talent theory,human resources theory and people management theory have changed.The most prominent change is that evaluating one person to be a talent depends on his innovation.It's the requirement of constructing innovation-oriented country,and it's also the important standard of training,applying and evaluating talent.
