Abstract
In order to identify the essence of the concept further,the paper uses the system theory viewpoint,carries on the method of contrast and analysis of all kinds of safety concept,analyses the metaphysical concept of and the systematic characteristics of resources,and deeply discusses the essence of based on the relationship between system and economic ones.The author believes that the essence of concept of the talent security is the kind of the coordinated relationship between the system and economic society system.
