Abstract
ObjectiveTo study the relationship between sleep quality and mental health of postgraduates in normal university.MethodsA total of 298 postgraduates in normal university were investigated by PSQI and SCL-90. Results ①PSQI≥8 as a standard,27.4% of subjects had sleep problems, which were daytime dysfunction(58.4%),sleep latency(38.6%),subjective sleep quality(31%)and sleep disturbance(19.3%).②There were significant differences among three grades in the factor of sleep latency.③Relationship analysis showed that the scores of PSQI of postgraduates in normal university were significantly correlated with the scores of SCL-90 .④There were significant differences in total score and factor-scores of SCL-90 among different sleep quality of postgraduates in normal university.ConclusionWe should pay more attention to the sleep quality of post graduates to make them in good physical and mental health.
