Discussion on Carrying Out Undergraduate Tutor Responsibility System in the Universities

The necessity,advantages and measures for the undergraduate students to practice the tutor's responsibility system were discussed. It was conducive in the interaction between teaching and scientific research for the students to take part in the research of the teacher. It was advantageous in fostering students' innovative consciousness and practical abilities,building a reasonable knowledge structure to strengthening undergraduate practical training. It was very helpful in the quality education of the undergraduate students carrying out undergraduate tutor responsibility system. The implementation of undergraduate tutor system is an inevitable road for change of higher education in China.
