Price Estimation of Expropriation Farmland Based on Property Right

The purpose of the study is to establish the basic framework of separating indirect property right form direct property right and re-elaborate the relationship between government and rural collectives.The results show that the tenure system of cultivated land includes production profitability right,livelihood guarantee right,farmland development right,food security right and ecological security right.This paper explores estimation methods of farmland conversion price by quantifying the social guarantee and the food safety value of the farmland.
