Abstract

Shake flask culture was used and the yield of polysaccharide was taken as main index to ensure the optimum culture conditions of submerged fermentation for Ganoderma lucidum by corn mash medium. The optimum culture conditions were obtained as followed: the culture temperature 28 ℃; the rotation rate 180 r/min; the initial pH6.0; the culture time 144 h. Under the optimum culture conditions, the yield of polysaccharide increased by 26.98 % as compared with the original one.
