Abstract
The production capacities of polysaccharide (GLP) had been examined among the Gandoerma lucidum strains by submerged fermentation. The results showed that the highest yield of GLP was produced by Ganoderma lucidum G22. The single factor test and orthogonal design test for culture conditions of submerged fermentation for GLP production were obtained as follows: when fermenting with constant temperature and constantly offering oxygen, the culture temperature was 27℃; The equipment rotational speed was 170r/min; the beginning pH value of medium was 6.0; the culture period was 144h. Under the optimal culture conditions, the yield of GLP was 2.421g/L by submerged fermenting Ganoderma lucidum G22.
