Current Situation of Adult Education and the Countermeasures to Promote the Development of Adult Education

In recent years the adult education in Chin has been greatly developed both at school size and educational level,showing a positive trend of upward mobility.However,there is still a lack of policy,legal and financial support,ignoring the quality of teaching,teachers,and other negative factors to restrict the development of adult education.To eliminate these negative factors to promote the sustainable development of adult education,the adult education need face market,reform and innovation,and improve teaching quality and strengthen the construction of the teaching staff.
