Study on Current Condition and Sustainable Development of Adult Education

Abstract
Adult students of academic education from all over country showed the trend of shrinking gradually in recent years,the fact that the development and survival of adult academic education has been a severe challenge.How to realize the scientific development in times of hardship has become a large subject for current adult education of college.In this paper,the development of adult education of our college in the past decade as an example,the school size,academic structure,ethnic composition of the situation,characteristics and professional structure of students will be analysised the current situation and characteristics of academic education in this paper;it also be analysised the non academic current education on the basis of learning from adult academic education at the same time,the main problems of adult education will be found in this paper,the sustainable development strategies of adult education are proposed according to the actual conditions of our college.
