Abstract

Objective:To optimize the preparation process of astragaloside Ⅳ in Buyi Capsules.Methods:The optimum preparation process was investigated by L 9(3 4) orthogonal design as the astragaloside Ⅳ and total mount of dry ointment content index. The chief factors influencing the extraction efficiency were as follows:times of added water, the time of extraction and times of boiling.Results:The optimum technical condition:added 12 times water, cook 3 hours and 2 times.Conclusion:Astragaloside Ⅳ content was high. The method is reliable, accurate and easy to operate. It was up to the mustard.
