It lain in the building of the teachers team that higher professional education strengthened meaning and enhanced the quality of education and teaching.The building of PE teachers positive significance for optimizing the overall structure of teacher education,concluding a harmonious team teaching,and strengthening the professional quality education of students,landscaping sports and cultural life of workers.The paper analyzed current basic structural characteristics of physical education teachers of our province higher professional colleges,furthermore,we advised that the professional college need strengthening the building of physical education teachers to quantify the size,the team of optimization,the quality of strengthening based on Zhejiang province Regulations on the Work of School Sports.
