Enhancing the Employment of Undergraduates with Improvement of Talents' Competition as the Core——A Teaching Reform Research Based on Investigation of Undergraduates' Employment and Social Demands

By investigating undergraduate employment of Sichuan agricultural university and social demands from employers in Sichuan province,along with prediction of new types of employment,this paper comprehensively analyzes social demands,the graduate employment and personnel training program in university,and emphasizes that development of Sichuan agriculture is fundamental guarantee for employment of undergraduates;that optimization of students' knowledge structure and improvement of teaching quality are key to promoting undergraduate employment.From aspects of government management,the curriculum system,teaching reform and construction,teaching practice and undergraduate employment,this paper proposes some suggestions of promoting employment of undergraduates so as to ensure that they offer service to the agriculture,the country and farmers,which is of referential value to better guaranteeing talents for agricultural modernization and scientific development of agricultural undergraduate education.
