Abstract
Objective:To Discriminate Angelica dahurica and Angelica dahurica var.formosana by reversed-phase HPLC method. Methods: Sample was extracted with Methyl alcohol for 0.5 h.Analysis was carried out at 30 ℃ on a Zorbax C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)eluted with acetonitrile and water containing 0.1% glacial acetic acid in gradient mode. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 312 nm.Result: The similarity of the same species samples were higher than 0.9,but that of the different species was about 0.7.The method was repeatable. Conclusion: The method could discriminate Angelica dahurica and Angelica dahurica var.formosana.
