Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of imteratorin in Angelica dahurica tincture.METHODS: The samples were separated on C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with methanol-water (70 ∶ 30) as mobile phase at room temperature.Flow rate was set at 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was at 300 nm.Injection volume was 10 μL.RESULTS: The linear range of imteratorin were 10.00~100.00 μg·mL-1 (r=0.990 3) with an average recovery of 100.36% (RSD=0.25%,n=9).CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid, specific, sensitive and reproducible for the quality control of A.dahurica tincture.
