Abstract
OBJECTIVE To outline the ralationship of the pharmacokinetics(PK) and pharmacodynamics(PD) parameters of antimicrobials and optimization of antibacterial.METHODS We have reviewed the related literature and analyzed them.RESULTS According to PK/PD parameters, antibacterials could be divided into three categories:The first form is characterized by concentration dependent. The second form is characterized by time dependent and minimal to moderate persistent effects. The third form is characterized by time dependent and prolonged persistent effects.CONCLUSION PK and PD played an important role in optimization of antibiotics treatmant and rational use of antimicrobials.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
