Abstract

The studies of Pharmacokinetics(PK) /Pharmacodynamics(PD) is the base of rational use of antimicrobials.According to PK/PD parameters can promote rational use of antibiotics and reduce bacterial resistance.The recent development in PK/PD research of antimicrobials were reviewed in this article.We expected to provide a reference for clinical rational use.
