Abstract
Objective To observe the expression of different phase′s relative inflammatory factors in serum in rats with limb ischemia-reperfusion,and discuss the clinical significance of its′ variance tendency.Methods Seventy SD-rats were randomly divided into two groups:sham operated group and ischemia-reperfusion group(IR group),model of rats′ right limb ischemia-reperfusion,blood of each group was collected respectively 1,3,6,9,12,15,18 hours after reperfusion,the contents of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The contents of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 of all phase′s IR groups except the group of 1 hours after reperfusion were higher than those of sham operated group(P0.05).The content of IR group′s TNF-α was increased from postperfusion-3 hours,at peak time on postperfusion-9 hours and postperfusion-12 hours,and there was significant difference(P0.05).The contents of IR group′s IL-1β,IL-6 were increased with time,and at peak time on postperfusion-12 hours(P0.05).No significant difference was found in the expression change of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 in all phase′s sham operated groups(P0.05).Conclusion The inflammatory factors involve in the occurrence and development of early ischemia-reperfusion injury,and each inflammatory factor′s expression in different phases of ischemia-reperfusion is of disparity.
