A study on the types of marriage legal force——From the Viewpoint of Contract

Abstract

The thought of regarding marriage as contract has a long history and an important value. According to this thought,we can see that the family law has not talked about the hanging of marriage legal force,and that the family law is different from contract idea in the conditions of invalid marriage and revocable marriage.
