The Condition of Establishment of Marriage——From the viewpoint of contract

Abstract
The idea to regard marriage as a contract has a long history and great value.However,this value has not been realized and applied.To evaluate the possibility of marriage according to the sense of contract,we can find that marriage should not be accepted aslegality.It is quite different from the force of marriage.The Law of Marriage should postulate what marriage is and distinguish the establishment of marriage and the force of marriage.
