Thinking on Perfecting China’s Invalid Marriage System

In China’s modified Marriage Law,it is the first time to stipulate China’s invalid marriage system and supplement and perfect it through the later two judicial interpretations.Beyond doubts it is a great progress in China’s marriage legislation.There still exist many defects in the stipulation of invalid marriage system like to strengthen the research on marriage and family legal system and perfect Marriage Law further;to define the range of current invalid marriage and properly expand the range of revocable marriage;to set and perfect the legal remedy system of China’s invalid marriage;and to perfect the procedure of ensuring invalid marriage validity.
