Value of serum total bible acid in diagnosis of hepatitis

Abstract

Objective To study the probable function of serum total bile acid in diagnosis lf hepatitis.Methods the contents of total chronic bile acid were detected in 130 cases of chronic hepatitis confirmed by needle biopsy, being compared with alanine transam inase and total bilirubin.Results The level of TBA Were higher in chronic hepatitis than in normal people.Conclusion The Level of serum total bile acid could regard as a way to diagnosis chronic hepatitis.
