Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Warming Lung to Stop Cough( DWLSC) on subacute cough. Methods: Ninety patients with subacute cough were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with45 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given compound methoxiphenadrin capsule, while the ones in the treatment group were given DWLSC. Results: The effective rate of the control group was 68. 9%,while that of the treatment group was 91. 1%; The treatment group was better than the control group( P 0. 05). After the treatment, the cough symptom score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group( P 0. 01). Conclusion: DWLSC has significant curative effect on subacute cough due to symptom of wind and cold attacking lung.
