Effect of Edaravone Combined with Clopidogrel in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction of 40 Cases

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of of clopidogrel combined with edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Method:Randomly selected 80 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients treated in author’s hospital and divided into the observation group and control group.The control group (n=40) was treated with clopidogrel alone;The observation group (n=40) was treated with clopidogrel and edaravone.Compared the two groups occurrence of clinical treatment effect and nervous function defect score before and after treatment.Result:After treatment for 2weeks,3 weeks,1 months in observation group, the neurological function score were (14.24±6.51),(12.32±5.12) and (10.35±6.29), was significantly lower than that of control group (P0.05). Observation of treatment group total effective rate of 95%, higher than that of control group77.5%, there was significant difference (P0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve the prognosis, safe and effective,with few adverse reactions,worthy of clinical application.
