Abstract
To contrast the Lentinan polysaccharide extraction by hot water extraction method and microwave extraction method,the orthogonal tests were used.The optimum conditions of hot water extraction were temperature at 70 ℃,extraction time of 4 h and solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶15,and the extraction ratio was 3.243%.The optimum conditions of microwave extraction were microwave power of 560 W,microwave treatment time of 60 s and solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶10,and the extraction ratio was 4.771%.Microwave extraction method is more efficient and save more time,so it is better than hot water extraction method.
