Abstract

The paper is an attempt to study the extraction of polysaccharide from bamboo with water. The effects of temperature,time,solid-liquid ratio, extraction time on extraction efficiency were studied. Results indicated that solid-liquid ratio would significantly affect the extraction percentage of the soluble polysaccharides. It was found out through the orthogonal experiments that the optimum technological conditions were temperature:80 ℃,time:90 min,solid-liquid ratio:1∶25,extraction times:3.The author compared the effects of water extraction, ultrasonic wave extraction, microwave extraction on extraction efficiency. The results also revealed that the extraction yield of ultrasonic wave extraction was significantly higher than water extraction and microwave extraction which improved 21.3%,23.6% separately. With safety, high efficiency and cleanness energy, microwave has a good future in the natural products’extraction.
