Abstract

The comparative study on hot water extraction method and microwave extraction method for Lycium barbarum polysaccharide was conducted through orthogonal experiment.Under the optimum conditions of hot water extraction as follows:extraction temperature 70 ℃,extraction time 4 h,solid-liquid ratio 1∶20(g∶mL),and extracting for three times, the extraction rate of polysaccharide was 4.51%.Under the optimum conditions of microwave extraction as follows:microwave power 560 W,microwave irradiation time 90 s,solid-liquid ratio 1∶10(g∶mL),extracting for three times, the extraction rate of polysaccharide was 5.91%.Microwave extraction method was superior to hot water extraction method for it cost less time, energy and extraction solvent with higher extraction rate.
