NAILFOLD MICROCIRCULATION ANALYSIS OF HERION ABUSERS

Abstract

Objective: To further understand the changes of nailfold microcirculation of heroin abusers. Methods: A test of nailfold microcirculation was conducted and analyzed in 354 cases of heroin abusers and compared with that of 280 normal individuals of the same age. Results: Compared with the control, the scores of vascular shape(2.19±s 1.33), blood flow(0.72±s 0.80) , vascular surrounding states (0.80±s 1.00) and the total multiple scores (3.72±s 2.15) were higher (P0.01); the abnormal rate(80.23%) was much higher too. Conclusion: Heroin abuse can make human's nailfold microcirculation in disorder. It will be of great help to improve the abusers' microcirculation when undertaking drug detoxification.
