Change of hemorheological indexes and nailfold microcirculation of puerperants with hypertensive disorder during the perinatal period

Objective:To investigate the change state of hemorheology and nailfold microcirculation of puerperants with hypertensive disorder during the perinatal period.Methods:A total of 38puerperants with hypertensive disorder from June 2012to September 2013were selected as observation group,and 38healthy puerperants at the same time were as the control group.Hemorheology and nailfold microcirculation indexes of two groups before labor and on the 1st,3rd and 5th day after labor were compared.Results:The hemorheology indexes of observation group before labor and on the 1stand 3rd day after labor were all higher than those of control group,nailfold microcirculation indexes were all worse than those of control group,and those indexes of observation group on the 1st,3rd and 5th day after labor were all better than those before the labor(all P0.05),while those indexes of two groups on the 5th day after the labor was not significant(all P0.05).Conclusions:The hemorheology and nailfold microcirculation of puerperants with hypertensive disorder during the perinatal period are all worse than those of healthy puerperants, and those indexes show the state of continuous improvement.
