Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship of the changes of hemorheology and nailfold microcirculation with sudden deafness(SD). Methods The hemorheologic parameters and nailfold microcirculation in 35 patients with SD and controls were measured. Results The viscosity of whole blood, plasma, the serum levels of Fbg and the changes in nailfold microcirculation were significantly higher in SD group than those in control group(P0.05~0.01). Conclusions These data indicate that the abnormality of hemorheology and nailfold microcirclulation in patients with SD may be related to the etiology of SD.
