Natural Resource Base of Urban Underground Space and Its Evaluation

The plan of development and utilization of urban underground space is one of combination of strategic development of urban space and natural space resource. In this paper, by comparative study, the urban underground space is studied in the range of natural resource research. The underground space as a natural resource is expounded from the viewpoint of science of natural resource and utilization of urban space, the basic conception, target, content and method of evaluation of underground space resource are defined and the relationship between evaluation and urban planning as well as its practical application are expounded.
