Discussion on the Property and Rights of Urban Underground Space

One of the aims of modern urban development is focused on the spatial development,it is necessary to utilize/develop the underground space as one of the important components of the urban land resources.In China,it is only a start about the development of under underground space,at the same time,there are a lot of problems and the Management confusion resulted from undear underground rights.According to the present situation in China,this paper presents a discussion on the essential properties of the urban underground spaces,such as the resource property,the economic property,and the authors present their opinion for the underground spatial right and planning and the management of the urban underground space.Through such discussion,the authors provide a basic theory of the reasonable development of underground space in China in the future.
