Abstract
Objective:To study the technological conditions and parameters of the purification process of total flavones in perilla frutescens(L.)Britt.with macroreticular resin. Methods:The total flavones adsorption capacity and recovery rate were used as the evaluation criteria. The static adsorption and separation were used in investigation of macroporous adsorption resin;the dynamic adsorption and separation were used in studying the condition of adsorption and separation. Results:The properties of AB-8 resin is good for absorption and desorption of total flavones in the following technological condition: the concentration of the extract was 1.5mg/mL;the maximum adsorbing capacity for total flavones 11.5mg/g;the current velocity was 1.0mL/min;the eluting reagent was 95% ethanol(twice as the volume of the resin);the eluting velocity was 1.0mL/min;and the AB-8 resin could be used three times, repeatedly. Conclusion:It is simple and efficient to separate the total flavones of perilla frutescens under the technological condition.
